Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-returnable items: Final sale items are non refundable.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged.
Exchanges
Size or Color Exchanges: Exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery for the same style in a different size or color, pending availability.
How it works: Once your return is received, your exchange will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.
Out-of-stock items: If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit—your choice!
Damaged or Defective Items
